To Web Solutions
Dynamic
Multimedia is a powerful way to incorporate and gain interest
to your particular audience. Our cd and internet presentations
are designed to leverage a company's marketing position and image.
We will create a custom multimedia presentation (mini cd business
cards or internet presentations) to fit your objectives using
Flash animated vector graphics, graphic design, sound files, and
professional photography. We will walk you through the entire
process and help you along the way. We have experience in making
presentations work on multiple platforms, linking to a website,
launching external applications, running a simple linear multimedia
story or interactive presentations.

Step 1. Proposal An initial consultation and demonstration
is provided at our office or yours to define the requirements
for your presentation. During this consultation, we will ask many
questions. We will discuss with you the content to be delivered,
how the content will be obtained, how users will interact, how
the program will be delivered, (CD-ROM, Internet, or both), graphic
standards, and budget level (internal use only or showcase). We
will then prepare a written proposal that covers content, creative
approach, schedule, cost, and terms and conditions. Upon your
approval of this proposal, we will schedule an initial meeting.
A basic program map will be reviewed and agreed to at this meeting.
If required, data gathering tasks will be assigned.
Step
2. Creative Development The creative stage involves one or
more of three areas; research, script, and graphic design concepts.
While most clients provide the content, We have experience in
developing content for many business and technical topics and
are prepared to conduct research to capture the necessary information.
Self paced training presentations and websites require scripts
or copy to be developed. Our professional writers conduct interviews
and research to develop this information. Training sessions are
videotaped by our associates to capture content with minimum demand
on the client’s time. A transcript of the session provides the
basic text for the script. Graphic design is important in communicating
information and an essential component of all presentations. Our
graphic artists discuss your needs and preferences and develop
a graphic look for your approval. Our artists specialize in making
your image look great on computer screens.
Step
3. Design Approval The client can experiment see how users
will navigate before committing to detailed programming. Approval
of the designs, script, and graphic look starts the production
step.
Step
4. Production The production staff now swings into operation,
building upon the approved designs. Images, graphics, and animations
are set into place. Marketing presentation testimonial interviews
are conducted and transcribed. Professional talent is contracted
to provide voice-overs, unless otherwise indicated. The sound
is digitized and inserted in the appropriate places. The end result
of production is what we call the "proof" copy of the presentation.
The proof is thoroughly checked for misspellings, tested, and
reviewed for errors.
Step
5. Acceptance A proof review meeting is held with the client
to view the finished presentation. Minor adjustments may still
be made at this time. A master CD-ROM or test site is provided
to the client for their internal review. Upon acceptance, a "gold
master" is produced and/or the web presentation "goes live."
